The school is free to change time due to any reasons/circumstances.

This means school office is open , we are here to receive students.
Classes begin at 9:30am
This means students should be in school by 9:20am to be prepared for learnings in class at 9:30am.

In the long run, this will teach students the value of time and reaching to meetings before time.
